Balletone Standing Flow
This is a fusion-style conditioning program, designed specifically for the non-dancer, blending techniques drawn from dance, Pilates and fitness. Balletone offer a fun, invigorating workout to develop core strength, muscular endurance, dynamic balance and flexibility without the use of equipment or props. Referred to as "...fitness for the millennium", Standing Flow keeps you moving, motivated and mentally focus with a body blasting workout that leaves no muscle untouched.
The instructor Training will introduce the concepts and values of the Balletone program with a hands-on approach. Objestives will be reinforced through practical application and participation. Skills and drills will allow the attendees to develop an understanding of how the elements of Balletone can be
 utilized to enhance group or one-on-one instruction regardless of the population. The workshop is dessigned for group exercise, Pilates, and Yoga instructors, dance educators and possibly personal trainers.
 
 
Balletone Sole Synthesis
This is the perfect starting place for he Balletone programs. The Sole Synthesis Instructor Training is designed to showcase the Balletone Blueprint for Success and higlight the fitness, dance/pilates and yoga pathways available. Sole Synthesis is also a fabulous stand alone, fusion class that seamlessly blends creative movement sequences with mindful instruction for an incredible workout.
The Sole Synthesis Instructor Training will focus on how to seamlessly combine various disciplines ( fitness, ballet, yoga) within one class using the fundamental teaching techniques and primary concepts of Balletne. A basic overview of each discipline's unique attributes and theory will be reviewed and siscussed along with how they can relate and compliment one another. Objectives will be introduced with a theoretical approach through practical application. Skills and drills will allow the attendess to dvevlop an understanding of how the educational elements of Balletone can be utilized to enhance group or one-on-one instruction rgardless of the population or discipline being used. This workshop is designed for group exercise, Pilates and Yoga instructors, and possible personal trainers

Expose Your ‘Sole’, by Balletone®:  Uncover the secrets to barefoot training with Sole Synthesis, an effortless blend of fitness, ballet and yoga inspired movements designed to move you in ways you never thought possible. The secret to Sole Synthesis begins with exposing your ‘sole’ by removing the shoes and retraining your feet to do what they were meant to do…MOVE. Exercises throughout the workout will focus on re-strengthening your base of support and teaching you to move mindfully throughout the entire kinetic chain, with one eye always focused on the floor (not literally!) Choreography is broken down, with verbal and non-verbal cues, so that everyone can follw and get their groove on.This is great as a stand alone or as a compliment to  pre-choreographed dance programs.
Muscular Development
This isn't your avaerage weight class. Expect training comlexes where weighted, body weight, and sometime plyometric (optional) movments are blended to target both fast and short twicych muscle fibers. Expect an elevated hear rate. Expect to build some muscle. Don't expect it be easy.
